Chitkul, A beautiful village on Indo-tibetan border.
Known as the last village of India, Chitkul lies near the Indo Tibet border, deep within the Kinnaur valley in himachal Pradesh.
If you are looking peaceful village- this is the best choice for your. Away from all pollution, vehicles sound and touristic place. The way from sangla till Chitkul is simply awsome. The village has decent hotels, homestays and a pretty restaurant too. It is a paradise to be surely experienced in one’s trip

How to reach Chitkul
You can easily take an HRTC bus from Delhi, Chandigarh or Shimla to Chitkul. You can either reach directly to Sangla which is a closer place to Chitkul. Or reach Reckong Peo first, explore Kalpa and then move to Chitkul.
Nearest railway station to chitkul is Shimla.
Nearest Airport is Shimla. But one can also opt for Delhi or chandigarh airports.
