Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso is set to garner the three (3) maximum points to further brighten the promotion target as the team lock horns with Word Of Life Football Club of Oghara in Delta State.

The Mid Week Three (3) game is rescheduled to hold on Wednesday 1st May, 2019 at the City Stadium,Oghara, Warri in Delta State against the earlier date of Sunday 28th April, 2019 as a result of the State Federation Cup Finals that was played across the various centres in the country, as directed by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), to produce teams for the Annual National Aiteo Cup Tournament which will start on the 3rd of May, 2019.

With a very good outing in the just concluded Oyo FA Cup final, the Ajilete Warriors having corrected few identified lapses, will approach the game sternly at ensuring a show is stolen in far away Oghara against the Polycal Preye tutored side.

The newly promoted side, having lost in an away game and won their last home game will want to put smiles on the faces of their supporters by winning to move up the log table.

Crown FC thrashed Warri Wolves FC by two (2) unreplied goals in their first game into the season on their home ground and presently tops the Group B4 with three(3) points and plus two (+2) goals difference from a game closely followed by Ibom Youths FC while Word of Life FC is fourth with three (3) points from two (2) games with zero in goal difference.

A win or draw will see the visitors maintaining the first position on the log while a draw or loss by the host will further drop the team to the bottom on the log table.

“We’ve put behind us our win at home against Warri Wolves FC.
We are here to garner the three (3) maximum points at stake by God’s grace. This is very realistic taking into consideration the mode and mentality of my play mates coupled with the motivational incentives from the management”, says Christopher Nwaeze.
