Spring Clean-Up Day: Saturday, April 6th, 8:30 a.m. until 12 noon. We will be sprucing up the church grounds in preparation for Easter. We will be mulching both playgrounds, cleaning the gutters at the Scout Hut, removing dead bushes and cleaning around the Lighthouse. See Mike Branch if you wish to help.
Bible Dedication in Honor of Shasta Brown on April 7th: Many of us are marking the return of Spring this year by remembering the last season of Shasta’s life last spring as she battled cancer. On April 7th, we will dedicate new pew bibles in gratitude for her life and her ministry among us from 2001-2018. In her life and ministry she gave witness to the prayer of the psalmist, “Your word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” (119:105)
It’s that time again! We’ll be having the Children’s Easter Party on Saturday, April 20th at 3:00 p.m. We are in need of individually wrapped candy and plastic Easter eggs. If you’re willing to help us with this effort, you may drop them off in the bins outside of Loida’s office door. Thanks so much!
