Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 16: Three in, three out

Fantasy Premier League Gameweek 16 kicks off on Saturday the 8th of December at 12:30 pm UK time as Liverpool take on Bournemouth

So, all of your transfers for GW16 need to be done by 11:30 am UK time on Saturday.

But if you are struggling to choose who to sign and who to sell this week, here are some tips.

3 in including Arsenal forward

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (11.3)

If there is one player you should sign this week it is Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Aubameyang has been in excellent form for Arsenal this season and in 15 league appearances he has scored 10 and assisted three.

This makes Aubameyang the top forward on FPL with 93 points.

Arsenal are also at home to Huddersfield this weekend who are 17th in the league and have lost their last two games.

The Gunners are also on a 20 game unbeaten run across all competitions with Aubameyang one of their top performers.

Raul Jimenez (6.0)

If you are in need of a budget forward for your side then Wolves striker Raul Jimenez is a solid choice.

Jimenez has already managed to score four and assist six in the league for Wolves this season, s superb record considering Wolves have only just been promoted.

Jimenez is also the 7th best forward on FPL, which is pretty good considering his low price tag.

Wolves also take on Newcastle this week in a winnable game and Jimenez is likely to be among the goals again.

Felipe Anderson (7.2)

West Ham United take on Crystal Palace this game week.

Palace are not in the best form having won just one of their last five league games.

Their last game also saw them lose 3-1 to a 10 man Brighton side.

West Ham, on the other hand, are in much better form and have won their last two matches, the latest a 3-1 win vs Cardiff City.

So, a win vs Palace is very likely, meaning you probably want a Hammers player in your side this week.

Felipe Anderson is probably your best bet with the winger scoring five and assisting one for West Ham in the league.

3 out including Chelsea defender

Antonio Rudiger (6.0)

After an unbeaten start to the season, Chelsea’s form has slowly begun to decline.

The Blues would get hammered 3-1 by Tottenham for their first loss of the season.

Chelsea have also just lost their last game vs newly-promoted Wolves 2-1.

Maurizio Sarri’s side must now take on league leaders and unbeaten, Manchester City.

So, it is very likely Chelsea will be unable to keep a clean sheet this week and given their declining form, it is probably best if you get rid of your Chelsea defenders, at least for this week.

Marko Arnautovic (7.1)

Marko Arnautovic is having a great start to the season for West Ham.

The Austrian has scored five and assisted three in the league and is very cheap at just 7.1.

With the Hammers playing Palace this weekend Arnautovic would no doubt get on the score sheet if he were playing.

However, Arnautovic is out with an injury and is not expected to return until sometime in January.

Ross Barkley (5.7)

Starting from game week 8, Ross Barkley had a three week period where he was on top form.

In just three weeks Barkley scored three and assisted three for Chelsea.

Given his low price tag, this caused many people to purchase the budget midfielder for their FPL side.

Since that mini good spell though, Barkley has not provided a goal or assist for the last five game weeks and did not even feature in Chelsea’s last two league games.
