Footage showed their table piled high with a range of delicious dishes and two small glasses of red wine.
Keen to make a night of it, the 32-year-old was still at the restaurant until the early hours after staying after it closed.
At around 1am she came out to pose for snaps, but soon went back inside.
Later Lauren was spotted getting behind the wheel of her Mercedes SUV when she parted ways with her pal and headed home.

There are strict drink-driving penalties if you are caught over the limit.
Government guidelines state that the limit in England is 80 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood, 35 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath or 107 milligrammes per 100 millilitres of urine.

Lauren eventually ended her night in the early hours of the morning[/caption]
With just 10mg per 100ml of blood you are 37 per cent more likely to be involved in a fatal road accident than when sober.
The number of drinks you can have before being over the limit depends on gender, body mass and how quickly your body absorbs alcohol.
But as a rule of thumb, two small glasses of wine would put you over the limit.
A large glass of wine (250ml) is still in the blood for four hours.
