This is an Italian dessert that is served chilled, it can be served with any type of berries you like and a coulis of your choice.
2 cups heavy cream
2 tbsp cold water
1 packet of gelatin
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp sugar
Mix the gelatin with water and heat it until it dissolves really well.
Heat cream and add all the sugar and mix it with the vanilla,
Mix this mixture with the gelatin one and pour it over the ramekins.
Cool it for 4 hours.
For the strawberry coulis
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 a cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pour this mixture in a sauce pan and bring it to a boil
Mash it up, strain it and then cool it.
Serve it with the panna cotta.
