A woman has been charged with murder after she pushed an elderly man off a bus in Las Vegas on March 21. The 74-year-old man, identified as Serge Fournier, fell onto the street sustaining injuries that he initially refused treatment for but later went to a hospital, according to news reports. The coroner ruled that the man died from his injuries.
Police were notified of his death on May 3 and released this footage showing the shocking moment that Fournier was shoved off the bus.
The suspect, identified as Cadesha Bishop, had reportedly been arguing with other passengers when the victim asked her to be nicer.
She was released on bail and is due to appear in court on May 23.
