A Messy Whole Grain Pasta Dinner
Ready for a simple dinner that I’m always editing, adding too, and making on weeknights?
This is a delicious dish that is even better heated up as leftovers.
1 Box Whole Grain Thin Pasta
1 Large Can Mushroom Pieces
1 Jar your choice Alfredo Sauce
1/2 Bag frozen broccoli pieces (I also use a jar of spinach sometimes to switch it up)
Ms. Dash Garlic and Herb Salt Free Seasoning (I use this religiously if you follow my recipes)
Olive Oil (a little bit for frying)
Cook the pasta according to directions. During the time of cooking the pasta, I fry up the broccoli and mushrooms with a drizzle of olive oil and coated in the Ms. Dash seasoning just until the broccoli is soft. (If you cook with spinach instead, you’ll see it get soft and creamy.)
Once everything is done, rinse the pasta and throw it back into the pot, then dump in your mushrooms and broccoli from the pan, and finally add your Alfredo sauce!
Quick to make, about 10 minutes to delish.
