The Charitable Chicks Bridge Marathon held their year end bridge party, May 20, 2019. First place winners for the 2018-2019 year were Kristan Lange and Lee Scripp with a score of 33250. Second place went to Kathy Brownell and Marilyn Garretson with 32530 and third place went to Mari Trott and Shirley Bickel with 23670. Winners at the party were: first place Esther Skrdlant and Dixie Minear with 3500, second place went to Lee Scripp and Kristan Lange with 3100. The charity that the members voted to support this year was Hospice of the Plains. Other members of the group are: Maxine Dennington, Betty Higel, Leona Hunt, Roberta Miller, Carole Bretz, Jeanne Youngers, Ann Withrow and Donna Sonnenberg. We are always looking for more bridge players. Anyone interested can contact someone in the group or call 522-5095.
