FANS of SHERIDAN SMITH are going to have to wait until Christmas to see her sing live.
I can reveal the actress-turned-singer has pulled the plug on her seven-date live tour after struggling to cope with her heavy workload.
Sheridan will be prioritising her TV jobs until Christmas
An industry insider said: “Sheridan has been in tears over what she should do.
“After the success of Cleaning Up on TV she’s been inundated with acting jobs she couldn’t turn down.
“She loves her music but TV work is incredibly important to her. Plus she’s been so busy she’s been struggling to find time to start putting together the shows properly.
“Sheridan wanted to give her fans an unforgettable time at the shows and she was worried people would walk away disappointed.
Sheridan was meant to kick off her tour in March
“She’s already sorted the rescheduling and it will be around Christmas time.”
Sheridan unveiled the tour after the success of her album A Northern Soul, which came out in November last year.
She was due to kick off the shows on March 21 in Birmingham. But the seven gigs weren’t the sell-outs she’d been hoping for.
Last month The Sun revealed she was struggling to flog tickets, selling just 3,000 for a homecoming date in Hull.
The 37-year-old will have more time to sell tickets after disappointing sales
Friends close to Sheridan assured me her cancellation had nothing to do with struggling to get bums on seats.
After the success of ITV drama Cleaning Up, Sheridan was immediately snapped up to star in BBC drama The Barking Murders.
Filming starts this spring and sees Sheridan play the mother of one of the victims of real-life serial killer Stephen Port.
I’m sure she’ll be back wowing fans on stage in no time.
Cara’s drip tease
CARA Delevingne strips off again – and soaks up all the attention. She posed naked doused in water for French fashion house Balmain and its designer Olivier Rousteing. The seductive photoshoot shows off a hint of sexy sideboob.
Cara went naked for her latest campaign with Balmain
Olivier has made Cara his model of the moment and signed her up to be the face of the new spring collection. He said of her new nude snaps: “I love her so much that I don’t want to see any clothes on her.”
Cara earns around £11,000 a day from her multiple fashion collaborations, including work for big names Burberry, Reebok and Jimmy Choo. And she is so wealthy that her company, Cara & Co, is worth £12.5million.
That sounds more than enough to buy the supermodel some new clobber when she fancies getting into her clothes again.

JENNIFER Lopez may be turning 50 this summer, but she has abs people half her age would kill for. The sexy singer revealed her rock-hard tum on a day out in Los Angeles with her ten-year-old twins Max and Emme.

J-Lo has ramped up her exercise regime to get into shape ahead of filming for her next big movie role.
She has been cast as a stripper in The Hustlers At Scores. It’s about a group of exotic dancers who rip off their clients by maxing out their credit cards.
As well as taking the starring role, J-Lo is also a producer on the film, which also features Crazy Rich Asians star Constance Wu.
Roland returning after tragic loss
IT’S taken almost two years but Tears For Fears star Roland Orzabal is finally getting his life back on track following the death of wife Caroline. She died suddenly of natural causes in June 2017 aged just 55.
Roland has started touring again after finishing therapy following the sudden death of his wife
The heartbroken singer cancelled the band’s 2018 UK tour after he suffered a physical breakdown, with doctors ordering him to stop performing. Roland said of the fallout from Caroline’s death: “It was awful – a lost year I call it. It was really bad. I had been lucky throughout my whole life for nothing to ever go wrong. You know?
“But, following the death of my wife, everything imaginable started to go wrong. You just don’t know how your body is going to respond. You think you can carry on regardless, but you can’t. So I’ve had to do a lot of work.”
After finishing therapy, Roland and Curt Smith restarted their tour last month and are now playing dates across Europe before heading back to the UK for the festival season.
Roland said: “The band are the best band we’ve ever had.
“It feels amazing to be back playing live to our fans. It’s exciting. Now it feels there are things to look forward to.”

Bros at Brits
THEY last picked up a Brit Award back in 1989 when they won top British Breakthrough Act. And now Bros are making a triumphant return to the ceremony. I can reveal Matt and Luke Goss have been drafted in by bosses at the last minute to dish out a gong on Wednesday night at the swanky bash at London’s O2 arena.
Matt and Luke Goss will be giving out an award on the night
Host Jack Whitehall will introduce the duo, who are best known for their smash hit, When Will I Be Famous?
A music insider said: “After the success of Bros’s wacky documentary and the huge interest in them, Brit organisers jumped at the chance of booking them to get them involved in the awards in some way.
“They’re legends in their own right so it was a no-brainer to slot them in to present an award. The lads are really excited about their big moment and are gonna make sure they look their best.”
As I confirmed last month, Calvin Harris has been booked to perform one of the biggest gigs of his life at the bash and will take to the stage with some of his best-known collaborators.
Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris are set to perform at the Brits
He will sing with Sam Smith, Dua Lipa and Rag N Bone Man. George Ezra and Jorja Smith are also performing during the ceremony, along with The 1975, Little Mix, Jess Glynne and Pink – who will be closing the show.
It’s going to be one hell of a night.

They said: “Ed is at the top of the list of the people we want to collaborate with.
“He’s a sick songwriter. Ed started at the bottom like us and he’s an inspiration for us all.”

The singer already has a record deal with Warner in Sweden, but Michael is determined to make it big in Britain.
