Code enforcement officer responded to the 500 block of N 7th St. on a pending call concerning two dogs at large. Officer searched the area but was unable to locate the dogs. An officer took a report of criminal mischief in the 900 N Main Street where $100 damage was done to a planter and plants. Cindy Garrett, 59, was cited into municipal court and trespassed from the property. While on patrol in the area of S 11th St. & W Park St. code enforcement officer observed a Shepherd dog running at large. The dog was returned to the owner and a verbal warning issued. Code enforcement officer responded to S 11th St. & W Park St. concerning a report of a Rott. dog running at large. Officer searched the area but did not locate the dog. Code enforcement officer responded to the 500 block of E Elm St. concerning a pending call of a dog at large. Officer searched the area but was unable to locate a dog at large. Code enforcement officer responded to 406 E Elm St. concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence and a recheck scheduled. Code enforcement officer responded to 306 E Elm St. concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence and a recheck scheduled. Code enforcement officer responded to 102 S 12th St. concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence and a recheck scheduled. While on patrol in the 1300 block of S 12th St. code enforcement officer observed two Chihuahua dogs running at large. The owner was contacted and the dogs returned. Robert Carleton, 40, was cited for violation of a protection order after coming within the mandatory minimum distance he can be to the protected party. Robert Carleton was eventually released on a summons to appear into Prowers County Court for the violation of a protection order. Code enforcement officer responded to 600 W Maple St. concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence and a recheck scheduled. Officer completed a civil standby while one party retrieved some of her clothes in the 800 blk of West Oak St without incident. Code enforcement officer responded to 408 S 5th St. concerning a dog that possibly had been shot. Upon observation officer found no puncture wounds indicating the dog had been shot. Code enforcement officer responded to 311 W Park St. concerning a code violation. A notification order was left at the residence and a recheck scheduled. Officers responded to the 700 block of S 9th St for an agency assist. Officers responded to the 300 block of North Main Street regarding an unwanted party. The subject was trespassed and left the scene.
