When I was a brand new mom, I would look at moms of two kids and wonder, how do they do it? How do they deal with managing multiple children’s needs all day & night? I had started to gain confidence as a mom of one, learning to trust my own instinct & be comfortable […]

Another season of Queer Eye has come and gone again. It was just as fabulous as the previous ones with many moments to laugh and cry about so I thought I would put together a list of 10 highlights from season 3. There will be spoilers for anyone who isn’t completely up to date but […]

The Little Book Witch

Lockwood & Co. #1: The Screaming Staircase Jonathan Stroud No one knows how The Problem began. OILERSNATION
We’re back! After a long trip to Vegas, we are tired and a little blue from losses and hangovers. What better way to pick up where we left off than a classic song about the team we are playing. See if Cam and I can read the notes in under a minute. Also, good luck getting this song out of your head! If you haven’t read the game day notes yet, you can find them here. Yes they’re a little Koskinen focussed, but he’s a hot topic lately. I really hope Mikko can get out of this funk and steal a game for us right now. We deserve it, and he deserves it! The Blues are 1-4 in their last five games so I’m hoping they’re feeling a little down. We pretty much need to win out the rest of the season to make the playoffs, but anything is possible! Watch the video below! Camestros Felapton

I can’t recommend this series as a whole, there are just too many episodes that manage to be dull, ugly and offensive in one go. However, there are some gems and there are some episodes that are diverting if not great. Also, everybody’s taste in this stuff is very variable, so while I expect nobody […]

Thank you to my friend Tiffany over at Tiffthebooknerd for the tag! I’m currently ill so I thought I’d catch up on some blog posts. 1. Read only trilogies or stand-alones? Trilogies. I prefer to read several books as I get to spend longer in a fictional world. I find that it also allows for […]

Everything leaving and coming to Netflix in April 2019. So get ready to spend a little time with Freddy, Jason, and Sabrina, the teenage witch. This week during our recording session for The Kamiwaza Podcast we talked about finding balance. Now in the episode, the main focus was on “work/life balance” but overall the discussion was on balance overall in life. This is an area a lot of people just don’t consider. We tend to be very much one way […]
