I honestly don’t know if people will be more thrown off by calling it a Low Country Grill, not a boil, or by the wasabi cocktail sauce. But if you stick with me and keep an open mind, I promise both will change your life.
I’m serious here. Both of these seemingly small nuances up the flavour of a typical boil and typical cocktail sauce 10 fold. And BONUS, this “cocktail sauce” has way less sugar than regular cocktail sauce which is surprisingly loaded with sugar!
