Red Devil Golf Classic: The annual golf tournament, in which proceeds go to help academic and athletic programs at Mt. Diablo High School, will be held on June 28 at Diablo Creek Golf Course in Concord. HDSA San Jose Hope Walk & Run: June 22 in Campbell. The nonprofit Huntington’s Disease Society of America is hosting the Inaugural San Team Hope 5K Walk & 10K Timed Run. The dollars raised funds local Huntington’s Disease clinics, support groups, education days and community outreach projects to help families struggling with HD. The First Tee of Contra Costa Summer Golf Classes: Through August 5. Kids ages 5-17 can register for classes at five different golf courses in Contra Costa County and Solano. During classes, kids learn important life skills such as respect and courtesy while having fun playing golf.
