MUMFORD and Sons will play a huge Irish gig at Malahide Castle in Dublin this summer. The Little Lion Man hitmakers bring their Gentlemen of the Road event to the capital venue on Friday June 14. Mumford and Sons play Malahide Castle on Friday June 14 Support will include Norwegian Aurora as well as popular Irish acts Dermot Kennedy and Wild Youth. Tickets are priced at €69.75 and go on sale on Friday March 1 at 9am. Mumford and Sons have also announced details of a huge London Victoria Park show in collaboration with All Points East and their Gentlemen of the Road set-up on Saturday June 1. Acts including Leon Bridges, Dizzee Rascal, The Vaccines, Sam Fender, Dermot Kennedy, Jade Bird, Gretta Ray and Dizzy are also on the bill for the London date with more artists expected to be added to the line-up. Dermot Kennedy will head up support for the Dublin show Dermot Kennedy tweeted his excitement ahead of the show, saying: “I’m so thrilled to be playing at Malahide Castle this summer with none other than @MumfordAndSons! What a special night it will be. Can’t wait! Tickets on sale on Friday 1 March X”. Mumford and Sons fans are told to sign up to their mailing list for access to pre-sale tickets.
