BILLY Fletcher will dice with danger in Emmerdale next week when he turns his evil nemesis Max into the police. Max is plotting to rob a van and he’s managed to convince Billy to help him with the job. Billy sets Max up to free himself of the thug But Billy – played by Jay Kontzle – sees an opportunity to get rid of the gangster once and for all and tells the police about the robbery. Max – Jordan Reece – has no idea that Billy – who he was in prison with – has turned supergrass and runs through the robbery plan with him. Max warns Billy that nothing had better go wrong this time. When Billy and fellow accomplice Woody get the go-ahead text from Max, the police arrive and intercept the three of them before they can rob the van. Billy’s plan backfires horribly though when DS Sanders tells him that they can’t guarantee that Max won’t find out about his betrayal. He tells the police about the robbery so they can stop it However it all backfires when Max takes Billy’s family hostage Billy faces Max down and someone ends up shot Later April, Jessie and Marlon Dingle all arrive back at Tall Trees not knowing that Max is already there – with revenge in mind. He will dangerously flash a gun at them before ordering a terrified Jessie to call Billy. The call goes to voicemail, leaving Max even more angry. When Billy finally picks up the message, he rushes home with brother Ellis Chapman in tow. An armed siege will leave someone fighting for their life in Emmerdale next week as thug Max hold Jessie, April and Marlon Dingle hostage at Tall Trees cottage. The terror begins to unfold when mad Max – who’s played by Jordan Reece in the ITV soap – runs through his plan to rob a van with Billy Fletcher. The horror shooting will see one favourite seriously injured Max issues his former prison-mate a stark warning not to mess things up this time. When Billy and the other accomplice Woody get the go ahead text from Max, the police arrive and intercept the trio before they can rob the van. Little does Max know that it was actually Billy who tipped them off. Later Billy – Jay Kontzle – feels angry and let down when DS Sanders says the police can’t guarantee that Max won’t find out it was Billy who grassed. Max takes Billy’s family hostage after he betrays him Even little April is caught up in the horror Meanwhile, unknown to Billy, Max has already made his way to Tall Trees and is waiting ominously upstairs. When Jessie, Marlon and little April all return home early from the village football match, Max appears. He dangerously flashes a gun and forces a terrified Jessie to call Billy. But when she does, it goes straight to voicemail. Back at the football match, Billy eventually picks up the message and quickly dashes off, with brother Ellis in tow. Billy quickly runs inside and comes face to face with Max who points the gun straight at him. [bc_video video_id=”6048009898001″ account_id=”5067014667001″ player_id=”default” embed=”in-page” padding_top=”56%” autoplay=”” min_width=”0px” max_width=”640px” width=”100%” height=”100%” caption=”Emmerdale’s Marlon knocked out when he’s hit over the head with a rolling pin by Ellis”] [article-rail-section title=”MOST READ IN TV & SHOWBIZ” posts_category=”169″ posts_number=”6″ query_type=”popular” /] There’s a furious tussle between the men and before long the villagers hear a gunshot ring out while, at Tall Trees, someone has been hit and is fighting for their life. So has Max exacted the ultimate revenge on Billy for his betrayal? Or has someone else ended up in the firing line for Billy’s cooperation with the police?
