She’s given leg day a whole new meaning. The Towie star, who’s been showing off her new figure while catching some rays and celebrating her friends’ engagement, shared the video to Instagram. She can be seen leg pressing her pal, lifting his legs up as he dangles over her as a friend giggles in the background. Real talk, it doesn’t look easy. ‘Taking my LEG PRESSES to a whole new LEVEL  GC style no excuses …. you can bust out some moves wherever you are 😝😝😝😝,’ she wrote. The 38-year-old has been loving life on holiday, sharing snaps of herself taking some much-needed chill time on the boat. Gem’s also been showing off her stunning figure (Picture: Gemma Collins/Instagram) Gem, who recently rekindled her romance with boyfriend James Argent after a holiday in Sicily, even attempted the popular bottle cap challenge – although things didn’t entirely go to plan when she nearly chucked herself of the side of the boat. A+ for effort, right? Gemma shared her first attempt, where she spun around at the pace of a snail before stumbling and almost pitching herself over the side of the boat she was on, saving herself from plunging into the sea at the last second by clinging onto the rail. [metro-video id=”1965370″] One wasn’t enough though, as she got back up and tried again. But, frankly, her second attempt wasn’t much better, but at least she hit the target… a little too enthusiastically and booted it out of the handy holder’s hand. Meanwhile, her time off has given her a chance to show off her figure – and she’s looking gorgeous. The GC took to Instagram to post a snap of her in a strapless white one-piece, paired with a fedora hat and a pair of hoop earrings. [metro-tag-post-strip] ‘#ThisBikiniCan go make up free and let the body do the talking’, she said in a caption. ‘#AD No filter, no edit. @OntheBeachHolidays is calling all ladies to show #ThisBikiniCan and to get body confident for the summer, so I want to nominate my gorgeous friends to get behind this movement with me and post their most confident swimwear pics.’ We stan.
