You will need to season the pan before using, so it’s worth looking it up before you throw a fat steak on the grill.
Whack this in the oven and it isn’t a problem – the material can withstand the heat easily and is perfect for a range of meals.

You can’t use this particular pan in the oven, but you can use on any kind of hob and it is also dishwasher safe.
What makes it unique is the special shaped ridges in the pan – they’re not so deep that it makes it difficult to clean but it grills your food in the same way a professional pan would.
The design of the pan makes it easy to disperse any excess fat, as it has grooves to catch the juices and pouring lips either side to get rid of it.
