IT’S that time of the week where our expert tipsters give us their best bets ahead of the weekend racing. Templegate thinks there’s a cert at Newbury, while Chappers heads to Newcastle as the pair battle it out of Saturday supremacy. Last week neither tipping supremo was successful, though Templegate can count himself extremely unlucky that River Wylde unshipped at the last when coming with what looked a winning challenge. Chappers was all in on Admiral Barratry, but his selection didn’t quite have the gas to see it out at Haydock. Despite the double miss, both tipsters remain in profit and it’s all to play for with just 2.75 points separating them. It could be a vital week as Chappers puts up a shortie and Templegate plays a longshot….
