Bella has been forced to defend herself after being accused of ‘racism’ (Picture: FilmMagic) Bella Hadid has been forced to apologise after she was accused of racism when many thought she was ‘kicking’ planes that had the UAE and Saudi flags on them. The model had previously posted to her Instagram Stories from an airport somewhere in the world, with her feet propped up against the window of a viewing area. Some thought she was insulting the countries’ by ‘kicking’ the planes. Having walked the Milan Men’s Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 Versace runway over the weekend, Bella evidently took some downtime in the lounge before she jetted off to the next destination. But that went balls up after she shared her chill time to Instagram, and the Victoria’s Secret model found herself on the end of a #BellaHadidIsRacist tag. Her father is Palestinian, and the model wanted it made abundantly clear the post ‘had nothing to do with politics’ as she explained. Bella posted this shot to Instagram (Picture: Instagram) ‘I never noticed the planes in the background and that is the truth. I would never mean to disrespect these airlines, let alone these amazing countries,’ she wrote on her Stories to follow up. ‘Not only do I have so much respect from the bottom of my heart, I have always tried to stand up for what I feel is right, especially regarding the great Middle East. I have never and will never be the one to talk down on these countries… She posted a lengthy explanation (Picture: Instagram) She refuted the claims of racism (Picture: Instagram) ‘Only to spread love, and the true beauty of them, as the way I was taught by my Teta and my father. To feel as if I have disappointed you is what hurts me the most.’ The model added she ‘would never want my posts or platform to be used for hate against anyone, especially those of my own beautiful & powerful heritage’ before she concluded: ‘I want to send a sincere apology to those who ever thought I would put blame on them, especially to Saudi Arabia and the UAE… ‘This was never the case, and I hope you can understand the misunderstanding.’ Taking to all social media channels, Bella also posted on Twitter to bring the message home: ‘This was an honest mistake on an early morning… never, ever would I intentionally try to offend anyone like that. I am so sorry.’ [metro-tag-post-strip] There was a little simmering vitriol still being directed to her following her apology, though, as one social media user wrote: ‘Don’t play with us again sweetie. ‘We don’t care if u did it by mistake or not but u are famous u should to be more carefully.’ [metro-fact-box id=”7022752″ title=”Got a showbiz story?” icon=”exclamation” /] [metro-link url=”https://metro.co.uk/2019/05/26/kendall-jenner-bella-hadid-getting-dressed-sip-champagne-dingy-whole-mood-9693604/” title=”Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid getting all dressed up to sip champagne in a dingy is a whole mood”] [metro-link url=”https://metro.co.uk/2019/02/16/bella-hadid-catwalks-weeknds-birthday-party-like-special-day-8647730/” title=”Bella Hadid catwalks into The Weeknd’s birthday party like it’s her own special day”]

When I read this article, Tel Aviv Pride Parade Held With 250,000 Attendants Celebrating LGBTQ, it confirmed how quickly the world is rejecting God and therefore the Christian/Judaeo values. It is like when Joshua died: “When all that generation had been gathered to their fathers, another generation arose after them who did not know God […]

The photo collage that I’ve created consists of myself, a pair of YSL heels, a dress, Versace and forever 21 sunglasses and a quote that states, “ Fashion is an attitude” by Rudi Gernreich. While on the Study Away Los Angeles, California Tour that Kent State University’s fashion school provides, we had the opportunity to […]
